I PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY PARCEL TO BE SHIPPED?
Usually it takes 1-3 days to fulfill and ship your order. All orders are shipped from our studio store in Lisbon, Portugal.

PRICING & DELIVERY TIME
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and location. Before confirming your order in checkout, you will be shown the cost of shipping. Free shipping on all orders over €300. Express delivery for all orders (UPS). Europe delivery cost: €15. Estimated delivery time for all European orders: 3–7 business days.

HOW TO TRACK THE STATUS OF AN ORDER?
After placing an order, we will send email notifications about the status of the order. If you don't receive notifications, contact us via email info@thecorstudio.com. We will check the status of your order and send you tracking information.

THE PARCEL ARRIVED IN NON-APPROPRIATE FORM (TORN PACKAGING, PRODUCT DAMAGED)
We are very sorry that this happened! Sometimes this happens when transporting things. Send us photos of the damaged packaging via email: info@thecorstudio.com and we'll think of the solution.
